BBQ octopus with black garlic mayo and beetroot panna cotta form tapas-style starters on the Four to Eight menu. These can be followed by fresh pasta dishes, from simple carbonara, to more diverse venison ragu pappardelle with bitter chocolate. Alternatively, guests can select an item freshly-sizzled from the grill, such as the fish of the day, or veal chop, served with exciting accompaniments.
