Introducing Da Henrietta, a new dining experience located within the Henrietta Hotel in Covent Garden.
Formerly known as Henrietta Bistro, the restaurant is now under the leadership of the Italian Supper Club, which has a decade of experience and has previously appeared at other locations of the Experimental Group.
Da Henrietta invites guests to embark on a culinary journey along the Italian West Coast, offering a menu inspired by the diverse and flavourful cuisine of Liguria, Toscana, Lazio, Basilicata, Campania, and Calabria.
The menu will feature regional specialities such as flour, a Ligurian chickpea pancake, ravioli with Delica pumpkin, bergamot, and hazelnuts, Toto’s signature stuffed pasta, and bucatini alla gricia, a dish of pasta with guanciale and pecorino cheese from Rome.
The wine selection at Da Henrietta reflects the same philosophy and regional focus as the menu, featuring unique and lesser-known wines from small producers along the West Coast of Italy.
In addition, guests can discover and enjoy unique native grape varieties such as Pigato from the Ligurian Cinque Terre and Aleatico from Tuscan Maremma.
The Italian Supper Club founders, Silvio Pezzana and Toto Dell’Aringa will infuse the Henrietta Hotel’s ground floor restaurant with their signature style and enthusiasm at the launch of the new establishment.
